1. Services

ANF Coaching provides personal training, group fitness classes, online fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and related health and wellness services. All services are delivered either in person, online, or through other digital platforms we operate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks. Before beginning any program, you should consult a qualified medical professional, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. By engaging in our services, you accept responsibility for your own health and safety. ANF Coaching is not liable for injuries or health issues that arise from participation unless caused by our proven negligence.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All sessions, programs, and classes must be booked in advance.
Payments are required prior to the delivery of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Refunds are only available at our discretion or where required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our services, including but not limited to training programs, guides, videos, and branding, is the intellectual property of ANF COACHING. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANF COACHING is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, website, or programs. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
